Each subscription is for a single user. You may not share your account credentials, login links, or report content with others. Redistribution of our reports — in whole or in part — is prohibited without express written consent.
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method the applicable subscription fee each billing cycle. All prices are in USD. Prices may change with 30 days' advance notice.
Cryptocurrency payments are processed by NOWPayments. Payment amounts are calculated at the exchange rate at the time of invoice creation. Crypto payments are non-refundable once confirmed on the blockchain. You are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds and correct wallet addresses.
You are responsible for all applicable taxes associated with your subscription. We collect and remit taxes as required by applicable law.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting support@crypto4sight.ai. Upon cancellation, your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months, except where required by applicable law.
We reserve the right to cancel or suspend your subscription if you violate these Terms, attempt to circumvent payment, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. In cases of our-fault cancellation, we will provide a prorated refund.
Cryptocurrency payments are generally non-refundable due to the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions.
All content, software, data, methodologies, algorithms, scoring models, report templates, and other materials comprising the Service are owned by Crypto4Sight and protected by copyright, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use during your subscription period. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by Crypto4Sight. No implied licenses are granted by these Terms. You may not:

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Crypto4Sight in the three months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Crypto4Sight and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) any investment decisions you make based on information provided by the Service.
The Crypto4Sight platform is provided in English only. Subscribers located outside the United States are welcome and may access the Service on the same terms as US-based subscribers; however, subscribers are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Service complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and requirements in their own jurisdiction, including any local regulations pertaining to the receipt or use of cryptocurrency market information, financial data services, or related content.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation for a period of thirty (30) days. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, with the arbitration conducted in Ingham County, Michigan. The costs of arbitration, including the arbitrator's fees, shall be split equally between the parties, except that each party shall bear its own attorneys' fees unless the arbitrator determines that fees should be shifted due to a frivolous claim or defense. Either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction in Ingham County, Michigan for intellectual property violations or to prevent irreparable harm pending arbitration.
You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration related to the Service.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the changes, you may cancel your subscription before the effective date.
